CILGD is building a searchable global registry of certified local governance experts, trainers, public-sector consultants, and fellows. This public-facing tool will allow government ministries, municipal councils, and international development agencies to identify qualified professionals in good standing by region, grade, or area of technical focus.

The public expert directory and technical specialty filter tools are currently in preparation. To protect our members' data rights under our privacy guidelines, individual profile visibility remains restricted until the secure online directory is formally launched. Registered agencies requiring verified shortlists of local governance consultants should contact our administration desk directly.
