Institute Leadership

The day-to-day administration, coordination, and operational execution of the policies and decisions of the Board are entrusted to the Management Team. This team translates the vision and strategic direction of the Institute into effective programmes, services, and sustainable growth.

The Management Team

Operating under the authority of the Board, the Management Team comprises principal officers dedicated to advancing the Institute's global mandate:

Executive Chief Officer (ECO)

The principal administrative head of the Institute, responsible for implementing Board policies, providing leadership to the Management Team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Deputy Executive Chief Officer

Supports the ECO in strategic execution and assumes administrative responsibilities as delegated by the Board.

Registrar

Maintains the public register of members, oversees certification, and manages academic and professional records.

Internal Auditor

Ensures robust internal controls, financial compliance, and operational accountability across all Institute activities.

The Institute's operations are supported by six specialized directorates:

Appointment of Office Holders

The approved biographies, professional backgrounds, and profiles of individual office-holders, regional chapter executives, and administrative staff will be published progressively here following formal board confirmation and the receipt of individual data-privacy consents. This ensures full alignment with regulatory compliance, data protection standards, and institutional confidentiality guidelines.
