Membership Progression
Progression across CILGD membership grades is a structured journey that recognizes your growing expertise, academic achievements, and commitment to the profession.
General Principles
Advancement to a higher grade is not automatic. It is based on a combination of:
- Academic qualifications
- Relevant professional experience
- Completion of mandatory Continuous Professional Development (CPD) requirements
